Return & Refund Policy
At KKODA we strive to provide the best experience for you and products of the highest quality.
However, we understand that sometimes you may order the wrong item or you might think that you probably should have got that other item you saw in our store. Sometimes we may mistakenly send you a wrong product or the item you ordered may have got damaged during the shipment from KKODA to you.
We are all humans at the end of day. At KKODA we try and make returning a product as easy as we can.
All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.
We have a 30-day return policy (14 for AMOS Products), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or alternatively using our 'Chat with us' function on our website. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase can be provided through any of the following:
- Online Tax Invoice
- Financial Statements such as a bank statement or credit card statement
If proof of purchase cannot be provided, we will ask you to provide identification documents with your full name, which will be used to cross check with the name you provided during the purchase.
Cost of Return Postage
Please note that if the return is due to a change of mind, the cost of return postage will be deducted from the refund at a flat rate of $7.50 AUD.
If the return is due to a damaged or defective item, or an incorrect item sent by KKODA, the cost of postage will be taken care of by us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, lingerie, swimwear, accessories, under garments, and any sales items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via store credit or on your original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after processing by KKODA.
We reserve the right not to offer any store credit, refund or replacement where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
